Days 2 and 3: Full days in Masai Mara
During these two days we will be following the herds of the migrating beast as they move form one place to another. The two days are filled with loads of photography actions as wildlife engages themselves in the game of survival for the fittest. For the beasts that survive the Mara River crossing danger still lurks on the river bank and if they survive the banks too the plains are still littered with more predators. Day 4: Masai Mara - Nairobi
This morning we will have breakfast or for those who are considering doing a hot air balloon flight (Optional Extra – USD $ 475 person) and this is to be followed by a visit to Masai village (Optional Extra – USD $ 25 per person) for a cultural experience. From here we will now leave the Masai Mara countryside and drive back to Nairobi arriving in the late afternoon. We will drop you at your hotel or transfer you to the airport for onward flight home.

Again this exploration will lead us all the way to ‘the River of Life and Death', the Mara River, where we will see hippos and crocodiles basking lazily on the river banks. We will enjoy a picnic lunch will here while we enjoy the cool atmosphere of riverbanks. After lunch we will drive appreciating more wildlife and great views on our way back to Ashnil Mara for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full day in Tsavo West National Park
Today, we will enjoy our good time in Tsavo West National Park. The park is endowed with a diversity of habitats and a mountainous scenic landscapes. Teeming with wildlife namely; the lion, buffalo, elephant, cheetah, leopard, hippo, rhino and hundreds of savannah wildlife. Morning and afternoon game drive including a visit to Mzima Springs, (North of the park) where hippos and fish can be seen in crystal clear water that has filtered underground from Chyulu Hills gushing below a lava ridge into a series of clear pools. Day 3: Tsavo West National Park - Amboseli National Park
We will leave Tsavo West after breakfast, driving through “Shetani” Lava Flows to Amboseli arriving at Tawi Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the park, a park famous for its big game and great scenic beauty whose entire landscape is dominated by Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at the Tawi Lodge.

Day 4: Full day in Amboseli
Amboseli is the home to the big game. And we will savor its natural beauty by doing an early morning per-breakfast game drives at 06:30 hours, where you have the best chance of seeing the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro and lots of wildlife before returning to the camp for late breakfast. This will be followed by a cool relaxation either in the swimming pool or within the camp as we wit for lunch. Afternoon game drive including a visit to the Observation Hill. Day 2: Aberdare - Samburu Game Reserve
This morning you will be transferred back to your base hotel in Nyeri for breakfast. We will later leave Nyeri town for Samburu through the picturesque countryside that is dominated by Africa's second highest mountain, Kenya. We will stop en-route for photos before our arrival in Samburu at lunch time. Settle down for lunch and then proceed for afternoon game drive in search of the “Big Five” and the unusual game of this arid game reserve. Back in the evening for dinner and the night at the Larsens Camp.

Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve
An early game drive in pursuit of more game and birds of Samburu land. Breakfast is to be followed by an excursion in a neighbouring Samburu village for a traditional experience. Like the Maasai's, Samburu's leave with wild animals in total harmony and in return they have managed to have a share in the tourism industry “cake”. Back for lunch and a quick nap then leave again in the afternoon for an evening game drive. We will drive back in the evening for dinner and the night at the Larsens Camp.

Day 4: Samburu Game Reserve - Lake Baringo
This morning we will have an early wake-up call for breakfast followed by an outward game drive on our way to Lake Baringo. Our arrival here is in the late afternoon. We will take this great opportunity to do boating hopping to see; hippos, crocodiles, fish eagles among other birds and without forgetting the lovely views around this lake's environment. We will settle for dinner and the night at the Lake Baringo Country Club.

Day 5: Lake Baringo - Lake Nakuru
This morning after breakfast we will leave Lake Baringo for Lake Nakuru. We arrive in Lake Nakuru before lunch and enjoy our game drive with the “Big Four”, Rothschild giraffes, and impalas and much more including the white and black rhinos. Lake Nakuru is also famous for its greatest ornithological importance where pelicans and flamingos exist in great flocks. We will later drive back to the Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha
An early wake up call for us to go out for a morning game drive in search of more animals. We will also enjoy the unsurpassed breathtaking scenery of the lake and its pink carpet of flamingos at the Baboons' Cliff. From here we will leave for Lake Naivasha after breakfast arriving here in time for lunch. We will then take our afternoon time to visit Elsamere, the former home of the Adamsons and their adorned wild pets. The movie Born Free is what brings us here plus the museum and of course the English tea on the lawns overlooking the cool waters of Lake Naivasha. We shall later leave in the evening for a night game drive in search of the unknown lives of the nocturnal wildlife namely aardvark, African Spring Hare, Bush Babies, Zorilla and much more. We will then drive back to the Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 7: Lake Naivasha
After an early breakfast we shall leave for a relaxed walking safari in the Crater Lake wildlife sanctuary. This walk shall bring us very close to wildlife on foot and it has its own uniqueness in it. Some of the animals on our checklist today include; Burchel’s zebras, Thompson’s and Grants Agzelle, Warthogs, Maasai Giraffe, Kirk’s Did Dik, Eland, Buffalos and much more. We will return to the lodge for lunch and then spend your afternoon at leisure. We will enjoy our last evening at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 8: Lake Naivasha - Maasai Mara
After an early call for breakfast we leave Naivasha for the “Big” game country of Masai land, in the Masai Mara. Yes! Mara is the place that we can't afford to miss. Our grand welcome begins by exploring a Masai village just before the reserve for their admirable style and yet traditional life. We are here for a dance or two and much more about their undying culture. From here we move on into the rolling and dappled plains of the majestic Mara with an afternoon game drive in search of the “Big Five", birds and much more. Our main expectation also is to see wildebeest on the migration to the Mara from Serengeti. We will then drive back to the Ashnil Mara Camp for dinner and the night.

Day 9: Masai Mara
Having high spirits of adventure, we leave the camp after breakfast for our total and absolute game drive of the day. We will utilize our ability, skills and patience to get the best out of the Mara in terms of wildlife viewing and photography. At the famous Hippo Pools is the spot where we will prepare and enjoy our sumptuous and delicious lunch before our afternoon game drive session on our way back. We will then drive back to the Ashnil Mara Camp for dinner and the night.

Day 10: Masai Mara - Amboseli
Our day starts early today after an extra-ordinary early breakfast. We leave the Mara for a long drive to Amboseli via the city life of Nairobi and driving further south to the shadow of Kilimanjaro which is also dubbed as the “Roof of Africa”. Having one mission of being in Amboseli we will have our packed lunch in the van to enable us to arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon and enjoy our game drive with elephants in front of the towering Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is famous for its super abundant species of animals that are also easy to spot due to its vast open plains. We will then drive to the Tawi Lodge for dinner and the night.

Day 2: Nanyuiki - Old Moses Camp. 
After breakfast vehicle transfer to Sirimon park gate start your 5 hours hike to Old Moses camp for overnight (3300m), (5 to 6 hrs hike) where you pass through a tropical rain forest and bamboo forest. All meals and overnight at the campsite.

Day 3: Old Moses - Shiptons Camp. 
After breakfast hike to Shipton's camp (4200m) for overnight (5 to 6 hrs hike) The walk takes you near to the summit. Shipton's camp has also an excellent setting with the north faces of Nelion peak and Batian peak facing it which provides a very beautiful scenery dinner and overnight at the shiptons camp.

Day 4: Shiptons - Point Lenana - Mintos Hut. 
Wake up early at 2.30 am atempt on Point Lenana (4985m) A pre-dawn attempt on point Lenana gives you enough time to reach the summit when the sun is rising and in clear weather which gives you a clear scenery. Afterwards descend to Mintos hut for overnight.

Day 5: Mintos Hut - Chogoria Bandas 
Descend leisurely to Chogoria park gate (3020m) for overnight. This area has spectacular views down into the Gorges valley with Lake Michaelson and Vivienne falls, and across on the other side you can see Ithanguni peak, Rotundu peaks and the Giant Flat -- top Kilingo hill table.

Day 6: Chogoria Bandas - Nairobi. 
After breakfast descend leisurely to Chogoria town for transfer back to Nairobi. Chogoria gate to Chogoria town is about 3 - 4 hours, on dirt roads through a thick bamboo forest and tropical forest. The forest is really beautiful with chances of seeing wildlife such as, white-tailed mongoose, elephant, black rhino, Columbus monkeys, Suni, duiker.

Day 2: Yala Swamp - Lake Kanyaboli and Lake Sare
Following an early breakfast we shall make our way to other pockets of Yala Swamp adding on Lake Sare and the Yala River mouth as it enters Lake Victoria. The notable species to be spotted include: Pied Kingfisher, African Wagtail, African Jacana, Carruthers Cisticola, Cattle Egret, and Swamp Flycatcher among other species. We will settle for dinner and the night in a home stay.

Day 3: Ndisi Village Birding
Today we shall wake up for an early bird walk within the compound of our home. On our checklist we will add some species namely: Helmeted Guinea fowls, Hadada Ibis, Silverbird, Red-eye Dove, Red-cheeked Cordon Bleu, White-browed Sparrow Weaver, Laughing Dove, Superb Starling, Speckled and Blue-naped Mousebird, Grey-backed Shrike and much more. We will then go for some homey breakfast as we compile our last birding notes. Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National park

Day 3: Full day Amboseli National Park

Full day exploration of the park. After breakfast depart to morning game drive. Transferred to your lodge for lunch at leisure. Embark to an afternoon game drive. Later you will return to the lodge for dinner. You will be able to see the peak of Mt Kilimanjaro, Big 5’s and more than 400 birds species. All meals and overnight at AA Lodge Amboseli (meal plan. Day 4: Amboseli to Lake nakuru national park
Waken by marching elephant and sounds of birds. Have breakfast at your lodge. Check out and drive through the cool Rift Valley environment towards Nakuru. Drive through the park and arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Have an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park.
L. Nakuru is a small park with over 50% of its area covered by the Lake. Located in the middle of the Rift valley, L. Nakuru has a wide variety of animals which includes the Rothschild Giraffe, Lions, White and Black rhinos as well as the Leopard. All these can be spotted depending on your luck. The park is also considered by birdwatchers as an ornithological paradise! A myriad of both Greater and lesser flamingoes has made this lake their home. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lionhill game lodge (full board).

Day 5: Lake nakuru to maasai mara national reserve
After breakfast at the lodge, head southwards to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, relax. Have an afternoon game drive in the reserve.
An exploratory drive around the 1,792 sq. km game park with its low hills and savannah type rolling grasslands, gallery forest on the Mara River and its tributaries. Get introduced to the herbivores; elephant, rhino, buffalo, and the variety of antelopes, the Masai giraffe and the Burchell zebra. The carnivores are the black mane lion, cheetah and leopard. Also to be seen are the largest bird, the Masai ostrich, the Secretary bird, the crested crane and saddle-bill stork. Crocodiles and hippos share the river. Return to your lodge by sunset Dinner and overnight at AA Lodge Mara (full board).

Day 6: Maasai mara national reserve
Optional Early Morning balloon safari ride (US$450.00 per person ) across the Maasai Mara plain. Breakfast at the lodge then enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. Masai Mara is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here; The Mara is noted for its abundance of lions – particularly the superb black maned males. See the great Migraton where over 1.5 million wildebeest and other antelopes crossing the mighty Mara River. Experience the battle between survival and hunger. You are also likely to see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as – if you're lucky leopard, cheetah and rhino. All of the Big Five are residents. Day 06. Samburu National reserve
Wake up call at 0600 hrs, tea / coffee and cookies at the lobby. Set off for the early morning game drive in the reserve. Return to the lodge for breakfast at the lodge and thereafter, rest of the morning will be at leisure. Lunch will be served at the lodge, and in the evening, set off for the late evening game drive.
The landscape of the Samburu area is beautiful - arid and scrubby with magnificent mountains in the background. An unusual forked palm; the doum palm, grows along the banks of this river and adds striking beauty to the panorama. Wildlife is surprisingly abundant for such a dry place and includes several species, which are unique to the area such as; gerenuk gravy’s zebra, beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffe and Somali ostrich. Not to be overlooked are the hundreds of species of birds to be found here. This is home to the Samburu people, “cousins” to the Maasai and the young warriors’ colorful dress and ornamentation distinguishes them from other members of the tribe. Day 07. Samburu National reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park
Waken by marching elephant and sounds of birds. Have breakfast at your lodge. Check out and drive through the cool Rift Valley environment towards Nakuru. Drive through the park and arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Have an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park.
L. Nakuru is a small park with over 50% of its area covered by the Lake. Located in the middle of the Rift valley, L. Nakuru has a wide variety of animals which includes the Rothschild Giraffe, Lions, White and Black rhinos as well as the Leopard. All these can be spotted depending on your luck. The park is also considered by birdwatchers as an ornithological paradise! A myriad of both Greater and lesser flamingoes has made this lake their home.

Day 08. Lake Nakuru National Park- Maasai Mara National Reserve –4 hrs 20 min
After breakfast at the lodge, head southwards to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch, relax. Have an afternoon game drive in the reserve.
An exploratory drive around the 1,792 sq. km game park with its low hills and savannah type rolling grasslands, gallery forest on the Mara River and its tributaries. Get introduced to the herbivores; elephant, rhino, buffalo, and the variety of antelopes, the Masai giraffe and the Burchell zebra. The carnivores are the black mane lion, cheetah and leopard. Also to be seen are the largest bird, the Masai ostrich, the Secretary bird, the crested crane and saddle-bill stork. Crocodiles and hippos share the river. Return to your lodge by sunset. Day 09-10. Full day exploration of Maasai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy full day game drives in the Mara Packed lunches will be served. Masai Mara is situated to the west of Nairobi; on Tanzania's northern border-it is the extension to the larger Serengeti National Reserve in Tanzania. The Maasai Mara offers wonderful scenery and abundance as existed a century ago. It is a reserve of breathtaking vistas, panoramas of vast rolling plains, hills and woodland groves, well watered by the lovely Mara River, which bisects the reserve from north to south. Day 2: Explore Maasai Mara National Reserve
The search for great predators and perhaps even Cubs continues today during extensive game runs. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During our stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.

Day 5: Explore Amboseli National Park
This morning we rise early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for a game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Wildebeest to Giraffes to Baboons. A visit to a Masai village is planned after breakfast. Midday finds us at our lodge for lunch and afternoon rest, followed by another game drive. Amboseli is home to the legendary Masai tribesmen. Masai warriors are famous and are proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world.
