We take you to the most beautiful, serene, and inspiring place in the world to deepen your yoga practice. Each day we begin with meditation, pranayama, and asana practice, followed ... moreby breakfast prepared by the local Sherpa people. We then trek through incredible scenery, giving you opportunity to detach from the outside world and tune into your true self.

Upon our arrival to our tea house accommodations, we take rest and then again flow through an asana practice to encourage growth and healing in our bodies and spirits. Following dinner, a guided meditation and/or satsang is offered before taking rest and preparing for our next days trek.
When you first arrive in Nepal, you feel the distinct energy of spirituality and love filling the air around you. It is after all, the land of god and goddesses. Travellers describe ... moreKathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan as the towns of temples and goddesses. There seems to be more gods than humans here, some day. Despite modernisation creeping into these places and concrete jungles sprouting up in sprawly patches across these cities, they are still dominated by ancient the structures that inspire faith in anyone lucky enough to walk upon its ground.

Nepal is not only connected with Hinduism, it is also the land of Lord Gautama Buddha and is a major Buddhist destination for practicing devotees. Nepal has a long history of Buddhism which is still present in Upper Mustang.

In Mustang, there is a statue of Padmasambhava. After visiting Nepal and India, this Buddhist master returned to Tibet to spread Buddhism. He wanted to build a monastery but he didnt get permission so he went back to Mustang and built his own statue.

Pharping Monastery, near Kathmandu Valley, is a sacred place for Hindus and Buddhists alike. It is here that we can see the cave where Guru Rinpoche meditated. And through it all, both Hinduism and Buddhism in Nepal has been strongly influenced by the beliefs and practices of Tantrism.

The fact that Hindus worshipped (then, and continue to now) at Buddhist temples and Buddhists did the same at Hindu temples has been one of the principal reasons why adherents of these two dominant religious groups in Nepal have never fought over their spiritual practice.

Our licensed guides are well experienced in the Everest region, ensuring the group is safe and informed on environmental conditions. Our certified yoga teacher will guide you through your yoga practice each day, and will aim to inspire you as yoga becomes every breath of your being and you deepen yourself into the magical land of the Everest region.

Stay Safe
Altitude Sickness: The main and common risk while trekking above about 2500m is Altitude sickness. Altitude sickness is caused by acute exposure to low partial pressure of oxygen at high altitude. The available amount of oxygen to sustain mental and physical alertness decreases with altitude. Available oxygen drops as the air density itself, the number of molecules (of both oxygen and nitrogen) per given volume, drops as altitude increases. So don’t ignore, if you have any symptoms then descending to a lower altitude is the only option.
Water: Have some means to purify water, iodine or a fine ceramic filter are the best options. The streams should be considered polluted and whilst bottled water is often available, the disposal of plastic bottles is a problem.

Electricity in Nepal
Nepal is a developing country, Outside of major cities area electricity on trekking can be scares. You should have to pay 100-800 NRs per hour to charge goods on many lodges and also many tea-house treks, including in Annapurna base camp trek, Everest Base camp trek and many others treks also. Chargers often won't work on low power solar systems you find right up in the mountains so u can buy alternative bayonet light to electricity power plug converter, which will only works in low voltage is highlow. The standard Nepalese electrical outlet is a three-pronged triangle so bring three-pronged triangle chargers.

Nepal Climate information
Nepal is a landlocked country which lies in Hindu Kush Himalayan region. Nepal has monsoonal climate having four main seasons: spring, summer, monsoon, autumn and winter.

Below is a general guide to conditions at different seasons:
January to March (winter): In this season temperature will decrease at often 0°C (32°F) at night, with extreme cold at high elevations. It is possible to trek in places like the Everest region during the winter but due to extreme cold weather and heavy snow fall it may be quite difficult than as usual.
April to June (summer): In these months it is quite warm and dry weather. There is an abundance of blooming flowers in the Himalayas at this time, with rhododendrons, in particular, adding a splash of color to the landscape. This season is the best time to undertake mountain expeditions.
June to September (Monsoon): There will be heavy monsoonal rainfall in this season. Rains are generally lighter in high Himalayan reasons. In this season the mountain ranges are not often visible due to the clouds.
October to December (autumn): These months are cool and clear which is due to the end of monsoon, there is little dust in the air so this is the best season to visit the hilly and mountainous regions.

The standard Nepalese electrical outlet is a three-pronged triangle so bring three-pronged triangle chargers.

The location of the camp is straightly below the stable snowline.

We depart very early for the last climb to summit the next morning. It takes around five hours depending on the climate and snow condition. A rope will be fixed on the summit headwall for safely ascent and descent. Even the climb is not theoretically difficult, the snow slopes are gorged, the headwall is logically steep and head for heights are functional. The scene from the summit is absolutely incredible! Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Makalu and Baruntse are the leading massive a rising above a sea of lesser peaks. We should be able to descend on the path from the summit all the way back to Dingboche.

The sacred lake of Dudh kunda lies at the base of Mt.Nambur, the mountain regarded by the locals as being the home of the protective deity of Solu. In August there is an influx of ... moredevotees who come to perform cleansing ritual at the lake. At other time you are unlikely to meet anyone on this rarely traveled trail.
The main trail to Dudh kunda starts at Ringmo on the route between Junbesi and Tragsindho La. an alternative route to the lake starts at Thupten Chholing and follows a spectacular, ... moreisolated ridge through dense forest and then opens, and sometimes rocky, yak grazing pastures to join the main trail at Sarsarbeni. This latter trail is quite remote and a local guide may be needed if your staff is unfamiliar with the route. From Ringmo, the trek to Dudh kunda takes a minimum of five days but at least one extra day for exploring around the lake should be allowed for. While at the lake, be sure to walk right around its shore and look for the spring, high up on the Northeastern side which is considered to be the source of the holy water. There are several additional option for extending treks above Dudh Kunda but the remote nature of the country makes a locally experienced guide essential.
