Morning pick you up at the hotel by our English speaking guide.

Visit Botahtaung Pagoda at  the bank of Yangon River. In  the compound,  there  is a  famous shrine  of Mya Nan Nwe who is the spirit of a Shan and  Bamar royal descendant.  She contributed  to  religious  works,  including  the  rebuilding  of  the  Botahtaung  Pagoda  after  its destruction during World War II. After her death in 1957, she became revered by followers, for her  ability to grant  wishes to  those who  appealed  to  her  help. The  shrine  attracts  700 worshippers per day, and between 1,000 and 3,000 worshippers on weekends, including many Thai devotees,  donate offertories and also to ask for blessing of the sister.

And walk  to bustling Botataung Jetty where you can observe daily  life of people who come across the river from ruin area and work in the city.

From  there, walk  to  the city centre passing  through  the colonial buildings, Yangon Post Office, Myanmar Port Authority Office, High Court, City Hall and so on. Stop  for photo shot at Sule Pagoda and Independence Park.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon  visit  Bogyoke Market  (Scott Market);  lined  with  stalls  selling  handicrafts,  art, jewelry, and other souvenirs. Then visit Bogyoke Museum where our national leader General Aung San  lived before his  assassination.    (Kindly be noted  that  the market  and museum  are closed on Mondays and public holidays).

Then  proceed  to  Kandawgyi Royal  Lake  for  photo  shot.  The  panoramic  view  background with Shwedagon Pagoda is very impressive. And you can view Karaweik Royal Barge nearby.

Last but not  the  least, visit  the most  revered and most  famous  landmark, one of  the World's wonder “Shwedagon Pagoda " at dusk, as the sun begins to fall over the City.
