Our role

BookNanook is a referral service. We introduce you to independent local travel experts. We do not sell, organise or deliver travel ourselves.

Your contract

Any journey you book is a contract between you and the local expert. They are responsible for the journey, its price, payment terms, cancellation terms and delivery. Read their terms before you book.

Cost

Our service is free for travellers. Local experts pay us a commission when a booking is made through our introduction.

Information

Proposals come from the local expert. Anna, our AI assistant, helps gather your wishes and never creates itineraries or prices.
