What we collect

When you send a trip request we store your name, email address, your trip wishes and your conversation with Anna. We also store how you found us (for example the search campaign) and basic, anonymous usage of the site.

Why

To find a suitable local expert, introduce you, follow up your request and improve our service. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and your consent to share your trip brief with a local expert.

Who we share it with

With the local expert we introduce you to, who may be outside the EU/EEA, only the trip brief you have confirmed and your contact details. Our technical providers (hosting, database, email and AI processing) process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

How long

We keep requests for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a booking requires longer for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to hello@booknanook.com.
